• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in process commissioning, parameter tuning, and defect resolution. Highly capable of independently conducting DOE to optimize manufacturing parameters. Proficient in drafting technical documentation such as SOPs and process guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of effectively diagnosing and resolving on-site production issues.
